Homebrew Pics

A couple pics from the latest homebrew. One pic is of the ingredients for this batch and one pic is of the wort being chilled with my new wort chiller. 

The recipe is called "White Mountain Wit" and includes coriander, sweet and bitter orange peels, plain wheat malt, Belgian candy sugar, oatmeal, and Mt. Hood hops. 

The wort chiller took the temperature of the wort from around 200* F to 75* F in about 20 minutes. Sweet!
